These Terms govern your access to and use of UP2IMG — a platform for uploading and sharing images. Please read carefully.

1. Service Overview

UP2IMG provides a place to upload, host, and share images that comply with applicable laws and these Terms. By using UP2IMG you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. User Content & License

When you upload content you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload and share the content. By uploading you grant UP2IMG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the service.

Only upload images that are lawful, non-infringing, and do not violate privacy or publicity rights.
Do not upload private or intimate photos (see section 4).

3. Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are strictly forbidden on UP2IMG and will be removed:

Images of minors: Any photograph or image that depicts a person under 18 years old is prohibited.
Private or intimate photos: Any private or intimate photographs originating from private contexts are prohibited even if you claim consent or authorization.
Illicit sexual content or exploitation: Sexual exploitation, CSAM, or any sexual content involving minors is absolutely prohibited.
Non-consensual or revenge images: Photos intended to harass, expose, or shame another person are forbidden.
Illegal content: Content that promotes or facilitates criminal activity, graphic violence, or terrorism.
Malicious software or spam: Uploads that include malware, phishing, or otherwise harm the platform.

Enforcement note: Administrators will remove violating content immediately and without prior notice. Accounts responsible for serious or repeated violations may be suspended or terminated.

4. Uploads Not Allowed

The following types of uploads are not allowed on UP2IMG. These replace previously listed examples and reflect our current policy:

Private photographs: Personal or intimate photos taken in private settings are not permitted on the platform under any circumstances.
Images of minors: Any content showing persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
Graphic violence and gore: Content that depicts severe violence, blood, mutilation, or other graphic harm is disallowed.
Disturbing or offensive material: Images likely to cause strong negative reactions — shock, severe disgust, or significant emotional distress — are not permitted.

When in doubt, do not upload. If you are unsure whether an image is appropriate, contact us before uploading.

5. Intellectual Property

Do not upload content that infringes another's intellectual property rights. If you are the rights holder and believe your copyright has been infringed, follow our DMCA takedown procedure at /dmca.html or contact info@up2img.com.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

How we handle reports and removals:

Users can report content via our abuse email or report button.
Reports are reviewed; confirmed violations are removed promptly.
Removal is immediate and may occur without prior notice to the uploader.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

7. Reporting

To report a violation (private images, images of minors, copyright issues, or other prohibited content), provide the direct URL(s) and a brief description and email to:

8. Age & Eligibility

The Service is for adults. By using UP2IMG you represent you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

9. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data as described there.

10. Liability & Disclaimers

UP2IMG provides the service "as is." We are not liable for user content or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date.
