DMCA & Content Policy

This policy explains prohibited content, how we handle copyright complaints, and our enforcement practices for UP2IMG — an image sharing platform.

Prohibited Content — Zero Tolerance

We operate a strict policy to keep our community safe. Uploading any content that falls into the categories below is forbidden and will be removed immediately.

Photos of minors: Any image that depicts a person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. This includes photos, composites, edits or any content where a minor is identifiable.
Private or intimate photos: Any private, intimate, or personal photographs originating from private contexts are prohibited even if you claim consent or authorization from the subject. We do not host private images shared outside public channels.
Sexual exploitation, CSAM, or sexual content involving minors: Absolutely forbidden. We will cooperate with law enforcement and report as required by law.
Illicit or violent material: Graphic violence, sexual assault, or content that promotes physical harm or criminal activity.
Revenge privacy violations (revenge porn): Content intended to harass, embarrass, or expose private individuals is prohibited.

Important enforcement note: When administrators identify content violating the rules above, the content will be removed immediately and without prior notice to the uploader or any third party.

Why this policy: We prioritize user safety, privacy, and legal compliance. Allowing private or minor-related images — regardless of claimed consent — places victims at risk and violates our platform standards.

Copyright Infringement (DMCA) Notices

If you believe copyrighted material owned by you is being used on UP2IMG without authorization, submit a DMCA takedown request via email. To help us process your claim quickly, include the following:

Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (title, description, and/or registration if available).
The exact URL(s) of the content you claim infringes your copyright on our site.
A signed statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner (or authorized to act on the owner's behalf).
A physical or electronic signature (typed name is acceptable for email submissions).

Administrators will review reported content.
Content violating this policy will be removed immediately — without prior notice to the uploader or any party.
Repeat or severe violations may result in account suspension or permanent bans.

Counter-Notices & Disputes

If your content was removed due to a DMCA or policy complaint and you believe this was in error, you may send a counter-notice to info@up2img.com. Include identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was mistaken, and your contact details.
